💦🌚 Water molecules were found in Clavius Crater, one of the largest craters visible from Earth on the Moon! This discovery from our SOFIA Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy indicates that water may be distributed across the surface, & not limited to cold, shadowed places.
