I started getting into LED programming in 2015 and my Elite Agent Nova costume from Hero of the Storm was basically my very first test! It included 800 LEDs and was completely made out of EVA foam. The helmet was 3D printed and I used packing material to diffuse the lights of the pony tail. I love working with LEDs and building a light up Katana was always a dream of mine! So I was obviously super excited when the devs of @playwildhearts asked me to bring the Karakuri Katana to life! We 3D printed a hollow, translucent shell of the sword, filled it with LED strips and uploaded a heavily edited animation code of a Lightsaber! Took us 2 weeks to finish everything!
