The UAP Disclosure Act of 2024 (NDAA FY 2024, Public Law 118-31, Sections 1841–1843) requires the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and all U.S. government agencies to begin transferring all records in their possession related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), formerly known as UFOs.
