Master Chef's Seafood Secrets: Knife Skills Unveiled

Levi and I were invited to be one of the judges alongside chef Darian Bryan and chef Daniela Kayser for this year's West side chops, a local cooking competition that raises money for West side services. This year there were 6 local chefs that had to make an original dish using black beans, pita chips, canned peaches and Swiss Chard. We had so much fun trying out all the food these talented chef came up with. Levi's commentary was absolutely adorable and charming as always.
