Annual almond blossom check here in Northern California. It’s been an insanely early spring (in ten years I haven’t seen mustard fields in January but here we are!) so wanted to help out my fellow photographers and let you guys know we are CLOSE. Currently in bud swell, which means 4-7 days until they bud, and can bloom 5-10 days after that. After ten years of doing this, I’m estimating bloom around the end of the first week of February! I nailed my mini session timing this year, thank goodness!
