Driving to work this morning and passing one of those absolute hotspot sections not far from home. A run of bridges where, sadly, I consistently find wombats getting hit and killed. It’s a really dangerous stretch for both wombats and people. A lot of the time the big wombats get struck right on the bridge itself, which makes it incredibly risky for anyone having to deal with it.
