Cyclopia plicata or Needle leaf tea is an endangered Honeybush with a localised distribution in the Kammanassie and far western Kouga mountains. This high-yielding reseeder plant, which once produced abundant harvest in the wild, is reduced to only a few known populations. The species is red-listed and harvesting is prohibited.
