I love the accuracy of the oxygen sats. Only problem I have is that the little part of the band broke on both rings and now they won't stay on. Very disappointing because I love them. They give me so much peace of mind. I can go for walks and know when it's time to take a break.

Needed something that would record for a long time and have the ability to store the records so I can pass the results to my GP. This ring does exactly what I needed.

I bought this to track how well my cpap therapy is going. I also use this to make adjustments to the high pressure settings on the machine. Reducing it enough for comfort but not to compromise on sleep O2 levels. Along with being able to import the O2 data with Oscar software I am more in control of my therapy.

Comfortable and useful

I use the O2Ring every night to monitor my oxygen level and alert me when its low. I have sleep apnea and its important to wake up and change position when my breath is obstructed. I use it independently or in combination with my APAP device. I cary the ring everywhere i sleep.

I have gone through 3 of these rings because of the band tearing through. It happens once during warranty and they are willing to replace. But then the new one also tears after the warranty is expired. I am very careful with the band. I only weigh 107 pounds, so my fingers are very thin and small, so I do not stretch the band to get it on. I love the ring when it works but having to replace every year is expensive and tiresome. I can't figure out a way to repair the bands.

It does exactly what is Supposed to do, and the data to analyze is awesome. Simple and effective.

accurate, full-night tracking in a comfortable ring

I could not get the product to sync with my phone's bluetooth. i reached out to Wellue but never received any support. I'm returning the ring!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) A great quality tracking device with a vibration alarm that really alerts you ( I set it on the strongest setting) as I have mild sleep apnea. It has shown me by sleeping on my side the apnea is basically non existent. I had used a CPAP machine for 10 years, but it gave me constant sinus infections. The biggest issue I have with this device, and I found out after purchasing, is the battery has a life of only 500 charges, and is non replaceable. That means you throw it away after 1 1/2 years if you use it every night to monitor your apnea. For the price of the ring, it's not great value! Hopefully they address this issue soon.

I purchased this Wellue O2 ring as replacement of previous example of same. This is now the 3rd Vellue O2 Ring. Both previous rings i needed to replace after approx 2 years of use at which time they started to return implausible/erratic readings. These are very easy and comfortable to use but with a returned usefull life of only about two years I did search around but could find no alternative with same ease and comfort of use so best I could do was find this one at slightly more reasonable I purchased this Wellue O2 ring as replacement of previous example of same. Works really well, the O2 Insight Pro app provides good reports.

Works great with free software to record pulse and O2 saturation. Alarm buzzes if it goes too low. Easy to set up and understand. Comfortable to wear overnight. Used every night for a week and it works. The O2 and pulse reading are accurate. The android and Windows app are easy to use.

Great accompanying app, the unit does what it says, ideal for wearing while sleeping. Only con would be the ring band has a stretchy thin piece bridging the bottom of the ring band. accurate, holds a charge all day, simple, can use your hand with it on and quite often I forgot I was wearing it. and the only device I could find that alarms on low o2 levels real time without having to check.

Good quality product. So easy to use and provides a report for the whole night of sleep. Very good product of monitoring your oxygen level and pulse rate during sleep especially if you have sleep apnea

Getting this information on a daily basis has helped me understand my sleep patterns which has been tremendously helpful in determining what may/may not be causing fatigue. A friend had let me borrow hers. Since giving it back at her request, I have felt lost without it.
