BTW, I have tried closing the app, deleting and redownloading the app, several shutdown and restarts, signing out of iCloud, turning off and back on the app in iCloud settings, Reset Network Settings (though my iPad is WiFi only), and, of course, waiting.

Dec 23, 2024 · I then decided to try on my old iPad Air 2 running 15.8.3 using the camera to scan the QR code on the website. Hip hooray, it worked! So obviously the solution is to access the app via the Lloyds bank website, scan using the iPad camera and then install from there. Hope this works for everyone. Good luck xx
