Jun 26, 2017 · All of a sudden a No entry sign has appeared next to my junk mail folder. I can't access the many messages in the folder that require responses. New messages are going into the folder for some reason. I have tried using Time Machine on my Apple Mac but can't see any reference to the junk mail folder via Outlook. This is very distressing.
