Dec 16, 2017 · I attempted to download the DA 31 and saw the exact same message as you. BUT... I right clicked on the link, and chose Save link as... I saved the file to my desktop, and opened it in Reader/Acrobat - it worked! Wording of save command may differ from browser to browser, but this should work for you. My best, Dave

Jun 17, 2016 · Under "Annotate" from the top menu has "signature" with no option of my attacted CAC card. Under Annotate->Form->Signature. places a signature box on the page but when I save and reopen there is no option to sign with my CAC . I do have a CAC with reader pluged in and a green light on the reader. This is very . frustrating.

You can open your pdf file Notepad++ After you can Go search > click Find. open one popup box. u can write a "Title". after click find you can find your PDF title name. after u can change the name after Save the file.
