The Houston Texans, headlined by a slew of new rookies, including Tay Ersery at offensive tackle and Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel at wide receiver, will debut in front of the hometown fans at NRG Stadium in a preseason showdown on Saturday afternoon against the Carolina Panthers.

Despite a disappointing offering from their offensive starters, the Panthers had a few youngsters stand out in Saturday's loss to the Texans.
