Redefine, a meal prep and delivery company founded by childhood friends based in Suffolk County, opened a new store on Route 58 in Riverhead on Sunday.

Vivian L. Shannon of Riverhead died Aug. 10, 2025 at Bellhaven Nursing Home. She was 80 years old.
