The New York Giants made two huge additions in the first round of the 2025 NFL draft. At No. 3 overall, they brought in elite pass rusher Abdul Carter out of Penn State. Joe Schoen then traded back into the first round to land Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart at pick No. 25.

The Giants ’ Jaxson Dart era unofficially begins Friday. That’s when they open a two-day rookie minicamp. These will, as usual, be two informal practices — no pads, no contact, about an hour long.
