Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has apologised to the Spanish people after an escalating corruption scandal brought down a senior Socialist party colleague.

Deputy Attorney General Dr Justice Srem Sai has revealed that most of the individuals implicated in the fraud at the National Service Secretariat are willing to return the money they allegedly stole.
