For months, Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett has faced fierce criticism from conservatives over some of her decisions in cases involving President Donald Trump.

Trump signed an executive order to limit birthright citizenship on his first day back in office. It directed federal agencies to refuse to recognize citizenship for children born in the U.S. who do not have at least one parent who is a citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
