Arkansas authorities have released a photo rendering of a convicted murderer and former police chief known as the “Devil in the Ozarks” who escaped from prison.

Pennsylvania state troopers said that multiple people were injured in a two-vehicle wreck that closed a stretch of Route 23. Crews said they had to extricate one person who was trapped inside the SUV.
