Grants Pass and Douglas County Fire stations in Oregon receive E.M.I.L.Y. water rescue devices through SPIRE grant.

I-84 reopened after being closed between Hood River and The Dalles due to the fire. Highway 30 remains closed in both directions, one mile west of The Dalles.
