CTV Toronto: New take on fitness An obstacle course for adults is being billed as a new take on fitness. Scott Lightfoot reports.
For their study, the researchers constructed an obstacle course of boxes and chairs and asked the study subject, known by the initials T.N., to cross it without the aid of his cane or another person.
It's a fun day, but for many it's about more than just an obstacle course. Chantelle Turcotte and her best friend signed up, because this event helps support Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto.
