With their head coach being finalized the New York Jets could be eyeing a move to hire away the Washington Commanders' assistant general manager.

The New York Jets have revealed the three finalists for their general manager position and a decision is expected on Thursday, January 23.

New York agreed to terms with Washington Commanders assistant general manager Lance Newmark on Tuesday after a rigorous search with over 15 names being interviewed over the last two weeks. He joins head coach Aaron Glenn as the new leaders of the organization.
