LaMelo Ball went head to head against his brother Lonzo Ball as the Charlotte Hornets took on the Chicago Bulls on Friday. The Hornets are coming from a 117-112 win over the Utah Jazz on Wednesday.

For only the fourth time in their NBA careers, Lamelo Ball and brother Lonzo met in an official game. Following their latest encounter, the former sent his older bro love with a heartwarming message on social media.

Whenever Ball has the opportunity to return to his hometown of Los Angeles and play, it's special. That doesn't mean he needs to play for an L.A. team, but he won't rule it out, either. For now, he's just enjoying being healthy.

LaMelo Ball scored 26 points, Miles Bridges had 21 and the Charlotte Hornets held on for a wild 125-123 win over the Chicago Bulls.
