New Hampshire State Police say a Massachusetts man who was driving the wrong way on the highway while drunk was arrested after running out of gas and fleeing into the woods.

A Merrimack woman is facing several charges after allegedly leading New Hampshire State Police on a chase that ended in Concord, authorities said.
