That's because next year - in 2026 - there will be no Glastonbury Festival. The organisers will be taking a break in what is a planned fallow year for the event. The festival takes a hiatus roughly every five years in a bid to allow the farmland on which it is held to recover. The aim is to avoid irreparable harm being done to the land.

The 1975 are set to play the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury on Friday, June 27, with the set expected to start no earlier than 10:15 p.m. BST in the UK. That makes it a 5:15 p.m. ET or 2:15 p.m. PT start in the US and Canada, while for music fans in Australia the show is set to get underway at 7:15 a.m. AEST on Saturday morning.

Day four of Glastonbury Festival is in full swing - Kaiser Chiefs have opened the Pyramid Stage, with Raye and headliner Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts still to come. Over on the other stages, Charli XCX and Doechii are amongst the acts expected to draw big crowds.
