A 79-year-old was killed and a 72-year-old man was critically injured in a double shooting inside a Baltimore senior living apartment complex on Thursday, according to police.

Norman Waker, 65, of Baltimore was arrested for a shooting inside a senior living apartment complex that left a 79-year-old man dead and a 72-year-old man injured.
