The Spring Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing in February on plans to demolish office space on a 5.48-acre plot at 2917 Windmill Road and build three two-story apartment buildings.

The space between Spring Garden Township’s police force and York County Regional Police is closing, but township officials’ decision on the potential merger is yet to be determined.
