Jan. 25, 2012 -- Whether they like or not, all Facebook users will be forced to use the new profile called "Timeline" in the next couple of weeks.

Facebook has started rolling out the new Timeline profile, starting with New Zealand. Unfortunately, the social networking giant still hasn't offered a launch date for the rest of the world.

In the Timeline, you can choose to star an event, which will give it more real estate on your profile page — or you can hide it entirely with the click of a button.
