The man accused of carrying a box cutter onto a flight from Cincinnati to Tampa, Florida last week threatened others aboard the plane, according to documents filed in federal court in Atlanta.

After the plane made an emergency landing, the man was taken into custody. Per TSA's rules, box cutters are prohibited on a person or in a carry-on, but are allowed to be within checked luggage.
