RHINELANDER, Wis. (WSAW) - The Oneida County Buildings & Grounds Department is accepting applications for memorial benches that will be located in front of the Oneida County Courthouse.

The memorial bench is located in front of the football field entrance. Donations from his family and friends made this bench possible. Upah was 17 years old and a junior at Linn-Mar when he died.
