Moderate shaking was reported with a magnitude 3.9 earthquake near Dublin, Calif. Residents in San Francisco, Fremont and Richmond reported weak shaking.

Mother Nature hasn't been very kind to California this week, that's for sure. Just a few days ago, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 struck near Westlake Village in Los Angeles County. According to the United States Geological Survey,

A 4.1-magnitude earthquake shook Malibu, the San Fernando Valley and other parts of Southern California on Sunday afternoon. The quake struck at 1:03 p.m., 6.9 miles southwest of Westlake Village, 7.1 miles south, southwest of Thousand Oaks and 7.7 miles west, northwest of Malibu, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
