9:30 p.m. Sundays, Fox. There are moments in "Arrested Development," Fox's new sitcom, that are pants-wettingly funny. There are jokes and scenarios that bend you over in gleeful agony.

Season 4 of Arrested Development is tolerable at best, and Season 5 is a joke — but not in the funny ha ha sense. It’s literally a joke, considering the glory the show once used to be.
