Stefanos Tsitsipas was forced to retire from his Wimbledon first-round match with a back injury, saying he's "left with no answers" as he tumbles in the rankings.

Tsitsipas has reached only one quarterfinal in his last nine Grand Slam tournaments and his hopes of playing in the U.S. Open now appear to be in jeopardy
