A SpaceX launch from California on Monday night was visible in metro Phoenix. Here's what the rocket was carrying and how to spot the next launch.

The rocket took off from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California and was seen in the sky across Arizona. The rocket was launched to put 23 new Starlink satellites into low orbit.

Some Arizonans were concerned on Monday night over what they saw in the night sky but it was an event that has happened a few times before. It wasn’t a UFO but another satellite from SpaceX.
