A man was killed in a stabbing in south Minneapolis Sunday evening, and police said they have arrested the suspect.

MINNEAPOLIS — One man is dead and another was arrested after a fatal stabbing Sunday in Minneapolis. Minneapolis police said in a press release that officers responded to a report of a stabbing at about 5 p.m. on the 4900 block of Hiawatha Avenue. They found a man suffering from life-threatening stab wounds.

MINNEAPOLIS (KFGO) – Police are investigating a stabbing in south Minneapolis that left one man dead and another in jail. Officers found a man with life-threatening stab wounds late Sunday afternoon and he died in the hospital. Investigators say an argument between two men inside a home escalated into a fight.
