As the day wears on, our temperatures will rise into the teens, with afternoon wind chills climbing above zero. However, our highs will still be about 10 to 15 degrees colder than average for the middle of February.

The FOX19 NOW Weather Team is tracking another round of snow falling right now around the Tri-State.Wednesday is a First Alert Weather Day due to the snow arriving during the morning commute amid bitterly cold temperatures.

First Alert Meteorologist Trevor Gibbs is tracking a cold rain for much of Wednesday. "Each time I voted for you, it was because I knew you'd make things right and you'd fix the wrongs. I'm counting on you now to make this right too."

Northeasterly winds will persist into Wednesday as high pressure moves in and remains in place. Cold temperatures will continue into Wednesday as well with widespread highs only in the 20s. Winds will diminish Wednesday evening and thus wind chill values should not be as bad as tonight but still falling below zero for many.

After seeing a break from the precipitation on Monday and for the most part Tuesday, another round of precipitation will be entering into Eastern Kentucky this evening and into the overnight hours.
