The fireworks show will take place at dusk on Saturday, July 5 over Lake Kalamazoo. There are numerous spots to take in the show from Saugatuck or Douglas. Popular viewing areas include Cook Park, Coghlin Park, Mt. Baldhead Park and Wick’s Park.

On July 4, tens of thousands descend on the Long Beach Peninsula. The crowds and leftover garbage have spurred some peninsula residents to say enough is enough.
