Eli Lilly is expanding its offerings of its hit weight-loss drug Zepbound for people who want to pay cash instead of using their health plans, and reducing prices for certain dosages.

Eli Lilly released higher doses of its weight loss drug Zepbound in single-dose vials at as much as half its usual monthly list price to reach more patients without insurance coverage for the blockbuster injection,

Eli Lilly & Co. said Tuesday it’s cutting the price of single-dose vials of its Zepbound treatment for diabetes and obesity for patients who have to pay for the drug themselves. It said it will also be adding two new doses, as competition in the space continues to heat up.
