Dillon Gabriel wants to put the rumors to rest. During his preseason debut against the Eagles on Saturday, the Browns’ rookie quarterback made a comment that many believed to be a dig at fellow Cleveland rookie Shedeur Sanders.

Joe Flacco is expected to start that game, but the Browns would like to see their young quarterbacks, Sanders and Dillon Gabriel (hamstring) get some playing time as well. It remains to be seen if Kenny Pickett (hamstring) will be ready for action next week.
