Dave "The Cobra" Parker, the Cincinnati native and one of the most feared hitters of his generation, has died, the Cincinnati Reds announced Saturday. He was 74.

Dave Parker, a seven-time Major League Baseball All-Star and two-time World Series champion outfielder and designated hitter, died on Saturday.
