Police submitted a criminal charge against the husband of social media influencer Emilie Kiser in the drowning death of their 3-year-old son, Trigg.

Chandler Police suggest a felony charge of child abuse against Brady Kiser, father of the late 3-year-old Trigg Kiser who drowned, pending review by the county attorney.

Police were reportedly considering child abuse charges "before" the death of Emilie Kiser and husband Brady Kiser's 3-year-old son. Arizona Central reported on Tuesday, July 15, that court records indicated police had been considering pursuing the charge ahead of Trigg’s death in May.
