Office Manager Tammy Hobbs has been in the sign shop business for over 20 years and has worked for some very great places around the Central Texas area that you may recognize. In 1995 she started working at Design Center in Tyler, Tx. as a production associate. After 2 years in Tyler, she moved to Waco with her Husband to work for All Signs & Banners. She was there for 5 years until she went to work with a friend in August of 2002, opening her own business. That business was named Carla’s Sign Shop, and it would be her new home of employment for many years. In 2010 Carla sold Carla’s Sign Shop– which would later be renamed Cutting Edge Sign Shop. Tammy stayed with the company during the sell and transition. In May of 2015, she wanted to fulfill her dream of managing her own sign shop – and left the company in pursuit. For the next year she would independently contract while waiting for her opportunity. Her dream was finally realized when SIGN THIS Custom Sign & Design opened it’s door’s on July 5th 2016.
