Yes and to be safe hire a local driver to take you from the NP Center where you pay the entrance fee to where you begin the walk. The road is very uneven and rocky.

As long as the shoes have a sole with some grip, you should not have a problem. But do be careful because it is often quite windy up there and you will not find the niceties of the US such as guardrails and fences to keep you safely on a track. You can wander at will and you will not want to wander off the edge. It is a drop sufficient to end your trip permanently.

Hello there, I visited this cave in last August 2016, the tour inside took about 30 to 40 minutes walking, it's amazing place to visit, but you will not find a suitable place to change the baby diapers, the ground is stone with little bit wet mud on it, it's better if you clean the baby before you start the tour and after, best wishes for nice trip.
