The site is impressive and views of Whitby fantastic, but really not worth the money to go inside the abbey. Nothing really to see and views are better from the graveyard. Charging £14 and adult well…Full review by Tishpishandtwoddle

The abbey itself is amazing, the architecture stunning!!!! Well worth the trip up the 199 steps! However the disgusting price of English Heritage is a disgrace! Even erecting a huge wall to go around…Full review by Zebrapies
