Guests can relax on a balcony or patio both of which overlook the sea with outdoor seating. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area with 2 comfortable sofas as well as a separate tv/study room. Direct sea views can be enjoyed from all 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 of which open on to the private garden. Whitstable's historic harbour is a 10-minute walk away and is home to the town's fish markets.

Location, spec and contact from Andy were exceptional.
Neighbours complained about noise at one point in mid afternoon directly to owner. However, handled perfectly and professionally by owner.
