We booked all day tour today it was DIRTY and FREEZING inside the bus! We were hoping that there is going to be some heating as we were sitting downstairs, but we only got more blowing from 2 stairs…Full review

BUT, I can tell you that you MUST be on the timeline they provide, or the tour WILL leave without you.
Is there a list of the Rome hotel pickup locations that includes the address of the hotel? The Gray Line list has "Hilton" but the only Hilton hotel is at the airport.
