Yes we did. 1st trip was at 1000 and we were there at 0945 and got a ticket easily. Holiday periods would be different I guess.

Inside the main building, shop, cafe we were not allowed to take the dog, but surrounding areas and onto the boat ride on the wheel we were allowed to take the dog, hope that helps
