You get good views even at the base of the lighthouse. We paid the guy $5 each to walk to the top. It is not for the claustrophobic or out of shape! At the top it is very windy but the views are good…Full review by J Z

Hello, We personally didn’t care for it. The beach is nice, there’s definitely better in Aruba. Taxis are fairly inexpensive, but we had a car so I couldn’t tell you exactly. But it isn’t a hussle, everything is pretty transparent. I hope this helps. And you should have no problem getting back to your ship, worst case scenario, you Uber, but you definitely shouldn’t need to. Enjoy

I tried to post a question, lol. Do you know what time the lighthouse opens for climbing? Returning to Aruba in February on a cruise. Arashi Beach is on the list and the lighthouse would be amazing. Welcoming any and all info regarding the lighthouse and Arashi Beach.

We were there a little before sunset and we were able to climb. This was in Late May around 7 pm or so
