During the week days there are many options along 9th Ave. Both surface lots and parkades, just look for the big P signs. Rates will vary depending on how close to the core you want to be. On weekends parking is cheaper and even free a couple of blocks south of 9th Ave. Just read the signs and you will be fine.

I believe, all the bridges are closed at night and the corporate buildings are open only Monday to Friday. However, the access to shopping areas is available 7 days a week. For example, bridges which lead to Core Shopping Centre, Scotia Centre and Bankers Hall are open daily, 7am - 12 midnight. I hope this helps.
