Yes. They are required to be leashed at all times. There's not very much room to let them really run there anyway. A much better parking is very close in Grapevine is oak grove …

Yes. They are required to be leashed at all times. There's not very much room to let them really run there anyway. A much better parking is very close in Grapevine is oak grove park. They have an actual area where you can turn your dog loose and it has an outer fence to keep your dog from disappearing. It also has water and everything! it is beautiful and fun!
