You can book experiences (hand feeds, lodge stays etc) most days but it’s not open to the public in the same way a zoo would be normally. They have a few open days each year when you can book tickets without paying for an experience. They’re in July this year. Details on their website under events then open days.

I believe there is an afternoon session starting at 14:30. There is a programme for the morning session which concludes at 13:00.
