What are the minimum hardware requirements for fldigi? It is recommended that a process of at least a 1.2 GHz for most digital modes, and at least a 1.6 GHz processor for CPU-intensive modes like DominoEX and Thor.

Fldigi has a Transmit Attenuator at the lower right of the fldigi window and this is used to make small adjustments in power. I set mine at 9 then with the mixer set to 0 db gain, if you have one, adjust the radio's menu item, USB MOD Level to get 30 watts of power.
